Lathe turning precision copper electrical parts

The picture on the left shows a copper turning part with internal and external threads. Wait, something seems wrong. . . . . . Is this copper?
That’s right, this is a copper turned part, made of C3604 fast-cutting brass, the surface is electroplated, and the plating is nickel-plated, so it looks like stainless steel.
This product has both internal thread and external thread, internal thread is M4, external thread is M6. While the outer threaded upper flat sided milling, and thread to ensure 100% compliance.
How do we lathe such internal and external threaded products? You can refer to this address, the first product on this page is the semi-finished product of the product on the left (unmilled, unplated, copper color):

Copper nozzle of humidifier

Copper nozzle of humidifier

Another copper air nozzle with turning processing similar to the two products in the previous picture.
The difference is that this kind of gas nozzle has no external thread, it is embedded in the plastic part and fixed by insert. Similar to this kind of inserts generally have internal threads, this product has neither external threads nor internal threads because it is only used as an air nozzle. For example, nozzles used in humidifiers

Embossed copper turning parts

Embossed copper turning parts

Turned parts of two types of red copper and oxygen-free copper TU.
In addition to the common C3604 or H50 62 series brass, our company also produces red copper turning parts, TU oxygen-free copper turning parts, beryllium copper turning parts and phosphor bronze turning parts.
In the picture on the left, this copper turning part with flower teeth is similar to a rivet nut, but it has no internal threads. The characteristics of red copper are softer, and the tool sticks during turning, and its processing speed is lower than that of brass. However, because of its relatively soft hardness, it is very good for pressing flower teeth or rolling threads. Checking the enlarged image shows that the embossing is clear and neat.
The other is a copper threaded turning part with milled edges

Copper turning parts with threads at both ends

A copper turning part with threads at both ends. The effect after nickel plating
One end is threaded M4 and the other end is threaded M8, and a side hole ∮4.0MM is drilled on the thread. It is produced with hexagonal bar H13 copper bar, total length is 38MM

Copper turning parts with ball head

Copper turning parts with ball head

Turned parts with ball heads are made by one-time turning with a forming knife. The outer circle does not need to be polished, but it is as smooth as a mirror. The size of the left picture is H6.35 (maximum outer circle) *7.9 (total length) *M3 (internal thread and hole diameter)
