For a period of time, aluminum-lead (Al-Pb) alloys have been considered as ideal materials for engine crankshafts and bearings. It is now possible to use continuous casting and powder metallurgy processes to produce steel backed bearings. Al-Pb series alloys require special metallurgical processes. During the solidification of the alloy, only 1.5% of Pb is melted in Al at the temperature where the first solid phase appears. The remaining Pb is precipitated in the form of droplets, and the alloy around the droplets is still molten. Due to the density difference, these droplets segregate, and the application of ordinary casting methods cannot obtain a uniform distribution of Pb on the entire aluminum substrate.
The part of the shaft supported by the rolling bearing plate is called the bearing bush, and the parts that match the journal are called the bearing bush. In order to improve the friction characteristics of the bearing shell surface layer, the anti-friction raw material layer cast on the inner surface layer is called a rolling bearing lining. The raw materials of bearing bushes and rolling bearing linings are generally called rolling bearing raw materials. Common rolling bearing raw materials are: Bearing alloy (also known as Babbitt alloy or white aluminum alloy), wear-resistant cast iron, copper-based and aluminum-based alloys, powder metallurgy materials, plastics, vulcanized rubber, mahogany and carbon-high purity graphite, ptfe (PTFE), modified material poly Formaldehyde (POM) and so on.

3 axis, 5 axis CNC milling precision machining
The CNC milling machine can process complex shapes of rotating bodies. In milling, the blank is first fixed, and a high-speed rotating milling cutter is used to move the blank on the blank to mill out the required shape and features. Traditional milling is mostly used to mill simple shape features such as contours and grooves. The CNC milling machine can process complex shapes and features. The milling and boring machining center can perform three-axis or multi-axis milling and boring processing for processing: molds, inspection tools, molds, thin-walled complex curved surfaces, artificial prostheses, impeller blades, etc. When choosing CNC milling parts, the advantages and key functions of CNC milling machines should be fully utilized.
Characteristics and main uses of aluminum profiles
Aluminum profiles are classified by use: Aluminum profiles for construction: architectural aluminum profiles mainly include aluminum profiles for doors and windows and aluminum profiles for curtain walls;
Radiator aluminum profile: mainly used for heat dissipation of various power electronic equipment, LED lighting, and computer digital products.
General industrial aluminum profile refers to:
Mainly used in industrial production and manufacturing, such as assembly line conveyor belts, hoists, glue dispensers, testing equipment, shelves, etc., electronic machinery industry and clean rooms, etc.
Classification and maintenance of milling machines
The milling machine is a wide range of machine tools. The plane (horizontal plane, vertical plane) can be processed on the milling machine; Groove (keyway, T-slot, dovetail groove, etc.); Gear parts (gears, spline shafts, sprockets); Spiral surface (thread, spiral groove) and various curved surfaces. In addition, it can also be used to process the surface and inner hole of the revolving body and cut off the work.
Stainless steel precision casting manufacturer
Stainless steel precision casting is also called investment casting, silica sol process. It is a casting process that requires less cutting of parts or no machining. It is an excellent process technology in the foundry industry, and its application is very wide. Not only is it suitable for casting of various types and alloys, but the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the produced castings are higher than other casting methods. Complex, high-temperature resistant, difficult-to-process castings can be cast by investment casting.
Turned parts of free-cutting steel, carbon steel, and environmentally friendly iron
our company also produces various free-cutting steel carbon steel turning parts. These carbon steels include:
Free cutting steel 12L14
The picture on the left is a representative carbon steel turning part of our company. The surface is blackened and oxidized. Generally, turning parts of carbon steel require surface treatment to prevent rust. Available surface treatments include:
Galvanized (including environmentally friendly blue and white zinc and environmentally friendly color zinc), nickel-plated, black oxide (as shown in the left picture), etc.
